Originally completed as coursework, this case study was selected for inclusion in Public Relations Case Studies: Strategies & Actions, an OER textbook by Sam Schechter. In this case study, I researched and examined the PR outcomes of the Writers Guild of America strike of 2023, focusing on key messaging, stakeholder communication, and crisis response strategies. Used at colleges and universities across Canada and the United States, this publication highlights my ability to analyze industry challenges and insights in public relations.
